Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup fresh lime juice (about 10 limes, or 6 of those little containers that have the prejuiced lime or lemon juices (they look like limes or lemons, but already have the juice squeezed).
Directions:
Squeeze the juice into a bowl (or measuring cup).
Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool a bit before adding the lime juice.
Mix it all together then add in a glass carafe or mason jar.
Keep it chilled for 2 weeks.
